A structure with a lever and oscillating fulcrum press, restored according to the construction principles of the Roman era and used for wine production.

To lift the counterweight of the mill press, weighing around 900 kg, only 80-90 kg of driving force is needed.

The applied force allows the weight to press up to 10,000 kg.
